Designed with nine square sections, each set with a gem stone surrounded by four rose cut diamonds, amongst blue enamel, the sides with red, white and green floral enamel, the gems comprising two emeralds, coral, two diamonds, cat's-eye, citrine, pearl, and a ruby, yellow gold
