The tapering cut-glass bodies, each engraved with spiraling panels of scrolling floral motifs below a plain gold mount, the domed covers of pale blue guilloché enamel applied with gold laurel branches, the rim applied with a chased gold laurel branch set at intervals with rose-cut diamonds, within two gold beeded rims, each set at the top with an amethyst cabochon within a rose-cut diamond rim, marked on cover and rim
