The shaped acanthus-cast case surmounted by a vine finial, the enamelled dial inscribed Susse Frères/hors Concours/1900/A Paris/A.C., flanked by oak-leaf pendants, above a smoking altar, the shaped base cast to the front with a ribbon-tied laurel festoon, on fluted feet
