A Cantonese bowl and stand made for Zelleh Sultan

painted and gilt with calligraphic roundels, panels of birds and butterflies amongst fruit and flower sprays -- the stand 8¼in. (21cms) diam; three Cantonese dishes made for Amin-Al Sultan -- 9½in. (24cm) diam max; and a pair of Cantonese Islamic Market bowls with calligraphic cartouches to the interior by Mirza Boolork-e-Shirzai, (cracked).
