gouache heightened with gold on paper, depicting Alamgir, Bahadur Shah, Shah Alam, Sultan Farukhsiyar and two of Rafi' ad-Daulah, each seated in a low throne on a terrace with flowering trees behind, idenitified above in Persian and English, blue and gold meandering vine borders, gold leaf, panel to verso of each with red and black nasta'liq inscriptions - 29.8 x 19cm.
