With nickel finished jewelled lever movement, the engine-turned salmon dial with Roman numerals and applied Arabic numerals at 9 and 7 o'clock, blued steel hands, sweep centre seconds, window for the date, the rectangular case with back secured by eight screws, together with an 18k white gold Cartier link bracelet with double deployant clasp, in a Cartier red velveteen pouch, case, dial and movement signed

This watch, number 8 in a limited edition of 97 examples was created to commemorate the handover of Hong Kong to the People's Republic of China on 1st July 1997.
