With nickel finished lever movement, 45 jewels, the textured silvered dial with applied Roman numerals, silvered hands, subsidiary seconds, sector for up and down indication, subsidiary dial for the date, tonneau-shaped case with stepped bezel, fluted lugs, back secured by four screws, together with an 18k white gold Vacheron & Constantin double deployant clasp, case, dial and movement signed
