With skeletonised nickel finished lever movement, 35 jewels, gold rotor, the matt gilt dial with applied Roman numerals, luminous hands, sweep centre seconds, three subsidiary dials indicating the month, the day with 24 hour indication, window for the date, the circular case with stepped bezel, glazed screw back, together with an 18k pink gold Patek Philippe buckle, also sold with an additional 18k pink gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp, in a Patek Philippe presentation box with outer packaging, case, dial and movement signed

The model 5035 is equipped with a special self-winding annual calendar mechanism, a unique invention by Patek Philippe for which the company was granted a Swiss patent on 1 March 1996. This system shows the day, date and month and adjusts the calendar for months with 30 and 31 days. It only has to be set once a year at the end of February.
