Lot Essay

These programmes document some of the most famous Jimi Hendrix Experience appearances in the U.K. At the June Saville concert, Jimi Hendrix's last U.K. appearance before Monterey, Paul McCartney was in the audience. Hendrix honoured his presence by performing Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band just three days after the album had been released.
