A Berlin part cabaret
Circa 1765, blue sceptre marks, impressed K/2 to tray and K/7 to other pieces
Painted en camaïeu rose with scenes after Watteau, gallants and companions in landscape vignettes, the scroll-moulded spouts and handles enriched in puce and gilding, the borders with a band of interlocking scrolls, gilt line rims, comprising:

An oviform teapot and cover with flower finial (chip to interior flange of cover)
A baluster hot-milk jug and cover with flower finial (scratching to decoration and chip to rim of cover)
A two-handled lobed oval tray (each handle with a small chip, scratching to centre and slight rubbing to rim)
16¼ in. (41.2 cm.) wide
