A Berlin coffee-can, cover and saucer
1803, the cup with underglaze blue sceptre mark, incised /// and + H3 (?), the saucer with underglaze blue sceptre and enamel dash mark, Pressnummer 6 and incised / to footrim
The can painted in sepia with Pompeiian figures on an apricot ground below a gilt border with a purple ribbon with gilt foliage, the saucer with a central gilt rosette within an apricot-ground band and similar border, the cover with knop finial (cover restored)
