An Irish 'Waterloo Glass Company' engraved club-shaped decanter and bull's eye stopper
with triple ring neck, engraved with ribbons suspending swags issuing stylised ornament, above hammered flutes, moulded mark, circa 1815 (chipping to stopper) -- 28cm. high
