the everted rims cut with oval panels painted with alternating busts of children and sprays of flowers, the ground gilt with foliage, supported on tapering cylindrical stems with basal knops and circular feet, the bowls suspending clear drops, late 19th century (one drop missing, minor chips to drops and rubbing to gilding) -- 30cm. high
