vinyl and felt banner in colors, circa 1968-70, from the proposed edition of 30, published by the Betsy Ross Flag and Banner Co., New York, a small hole in each upper red area, a small hole in a ben day dot at upper left, some very soft minor scuffing in the yellow vinyl at the upper right, pale soiling in the lower left white felt, a few tiny holes in the black trim at lower left, a 1-in. stain of white paint on the reverse, otherwise in very good condition, with the original polished metal batons
