A PAIR OF VICTORIAN LACQUERED-BRASS LAMPS
Each with circular shade-holder with anthemion supports above a tapering stiff-leaf stem and reeded shaft, above a lotus-leaf baluster and tripartite base, on cabriole legs headed by foliate clasps and flanked by anthemions, on claw feet and a plinth base, wired for electricity, lacking glass shades, two anthemia replaced

Provenance
Probably William, 6th Earl Fitzwilliam (d. 1902) and by descent at Wentworth Woodhouse, Yorkshire, until 1998.
