A GEORGE III SATINWOOD AND HAREWOOD PEMBROKE TABLE
Crossbanded overall in tulipwood, the serpentine rectangular twin-flap top with a central oval and a shaped panel on each flap, above a mahogany-lined drawer and a conforming simulated drawer on the reverse, on square tapering legs with brass caps and castors, the lopers replaced, modern inventory number 'KILF174'

This table featured amongst the furniture introduced in the late 1970s to Killerton, Devon at the time that the National Trust were recreating the 'old family atmosphere' (Killerton, Devon, National Trust Guidebook, 1988, p. 31).
