Of George I style, 19th Century, possibly incorporating some earlier elements, the needlework 18th Century
The rectangular padded back and seat covered in gros and petit point floral and strapwork needlework centred by a cartouche of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza, with eagle-headed arms, on cabriole legs headed by scrolled acanthus, on claw feet, probably re-railed, the armrests and eagle terminals of later date
