Gilt and painted in colours, modelled as a winged putto seated sidewards, writing on a banderole inscribed in English Those Rules of, flanked by another seated putto holding a metal halo above the other's head, further with two doves, a book and a long trumpet, on shaped rocaille grassy base (restored)
