Avalokiteshvara is seated in vajrasana on a lotus, his principle hands in anjalimudra, wearing dhoti, bejewelled, partly set with turquoise beads, his cold-gilded face with serene expression, sealed; the other figure representing a bodhisattva, seated in lalitasana, his right hand in vitarkamudra, the left resting on the lotus base and along his right shoulder a flower supporting a chakra, sealed
