A Derby yellow-ground quatrefoil teapot stand
Circa 1795, puce crown, crossed baton and D marks, pattern 113, puce IV to edge of base
Painted with a figure and a seated hound by a river in landscape, with buildings and hills in the distance, in a roundel with a band painted to simulate pearls, the gilt border reserved with a band of similar ornament (some scratches and light rubbing)
5¼in. (13.4cm.) wide
