With a finely detailed scene of a king presenting his queen or concubine to the enthroned goddess Ishtar, depicted with her nimbus of stars and seated above her lion attribute which she holds on a lead, a scorpion of the harem above, with guilloche border, pierced for attachment, with later suspension hoop
