A Chinese late Ming bronze figure of Guanyin
16th/17th Century
seated in dhyanasana on a double-lotus throne, with downcast eyes and serence facial expression, wearing ornate robes, with one hand raised -- 12¾in. (32.4cm.) high, (verdigris and old wear); and a South East Asian bronze of Tara, seated on a double lotus base, her hands in varada and vitarka mudra, 19th/20th Century -- 12½in. (31.7cm.) high, (minor damages).
