Each hinged canted rectangular top inlaid with re-entrant rosewood banding swiveling and opening to a satinwood-banded green baize-inset playing surface above a well, the conforming frieze panelled with ebony stringing, on four spreading ring-turned columnar uprights and a quatraipartite base with outset corners, the splayed tapering square legs also with ebony strinnging and brass paw caps and casters
