Including a pelican with jasper beak and black onyx eyes on a blue cigale base, a sodalite and malachite parrot on a quartz base, a tiger's eye quartz eagle with cabochon ruby eyes on a quartz base, and an amethyst finch with red amber beak on a grossular rock base; together with three specimens of amethyst, quartz and pyrite, respectively
The eagle 11in. (28cm.) high, the pelican 3¼in. (8cm.) high (7)
Provenance
The eagle and parrot, acquired from Taillerie de Rayat in 1971.
The pelican, acquired from Olga Tritt in 1973.
The finch, acquired from Ernst Paltscho in 1972.
