1815-1820, iron-red crown, crossed batons and D mark, the bird painting probably by Richard Dodson; gilder's 7 in iron-red possibly for Torkington
From a dessert service, each finely painted with exotic birds in branches within a lakeside landscape, reserved on the pale greenish blue ground within an oblong octagonal gilt cartouche, the rim with paired scrolls
