Blue interlaced L's enclosing date letter Y for 1776, painter's mark for Xhrouet, gilder's mark for Boulanger, the cup incised 1D
Each richly painted with a basket of flowers on a marble ledge reserved within a gilt ciselé band on the turquoise ground further decorated with a wide gilt ciselé band of entwined ribbon and flower garlands
2¾in. (7cm.) high, the cup; 5¼in. (13.3cm.) diam., the saucer (2)
