Circa 1792,blue interlaced L's mark, painter's mark for Vandé, fils, incised 2A
The center with a bird in a landscape vignette reserved within a beau bleu medallion gilt with beads, the border with paired garland scrolls of pink roses and forget-me-nots within similar bands
9 1/2in. (24cm.) diam.
