Blue interlaced L's enclosing date letters GG for 1784, painter's mark for Tardy, the cup incised 48d, the saucer 41
Painted with a tight bouquet of pink and yellow flowers within a beau bleu band gilt with dotted swags, the borders with the same flowers alternately issuing from a gilt band, a similar blue border above, gilt line rim
