See Aileen Dawson, French Porcelain, A Catalogue of the British Museum Collection, Hampshire, 1994, p. 205, fig. 171 for a similar biscuit relief. Here it is noted that there are two plaster moulds of Wellington which survive at the Sèvres factory. The present example is probably based on 'The Peace at Paris medal' produced by J. Westwood in 1814. The other depicts Wellington later in life.
