with blue fixed eyes, pierced ears, brown hair wig, jointed papier-mâché and wood body with Lioret keywind phonograph mechanism in chest cavity wearing original cream cotton frock printed with sprigs of blue flowers with opening front panel, shoes and socks and additional white cotton coat --23½in. (60cm.) high, red ink stamp on back of head Déposé Tête Jumeau 11 and blue ink stamp on body (hairline crack on right side of fore head going down for 1in. and forking 2¼in. towards right ear and 2½in. across forehead under wig line, some flaking and cracking to body and pulleys in mechanism perished); cylinders - No.4 Petit Poupon, No.5 Petit Papa, No.11 Il Pleut Bergére, No.12 Au Clair de la Lune, No.15 Pot Pourri, No.201 Ding Dong Bell and No.204 Jack and Jill, in original boxes (threeboxes need slight repair), No.10 Malborough and No.13 Fais Dodo, in original boxes (lacking box bases), No.2 Ah! Mon Beau Chateau and No.1 Polichinelle and an empty box for No.6 La Mere Michel (missing base)
