4o (208 x 148 mm). ILLUMINATED MANUSCRIPT ON VELLUM, 15 leaves plus two blank fly-leaves each at front and back (29 numbered pages plus colophon page), on linen guards, written in a fine upright semi-gothic hand in black, titles in red, the first within a full ornamental border, the second below half-page miniature within gold and ornamental frame, 3 smaller miniatures incorporated into three-quarter page borders, numerous other full and partial borders and finely illuminated initials, many with extensions; the decoration in blue, various shades of purple, green , brown and violet, all in stylized floral and foliate design and lavishly heightened with gold.

Blue levant morocco, richly gilt covers with elaborate gilt and interlace vari-colored inlaid strapwork border, filled with densely gilt-dotted ground and incorporating "WW" monogram at top, surrounding central oval panel, spine in six compartments, gilt-lettered in two, a repeated inlaid floral design against a densely gilt dotted ground in the rest, board edges with double gilt fillet, turn-ins with an intertwining inlaid green leaf design against a densely gilt-dotted ground, red silk linings, edges gilt, stamp-signed by the binders "Riviere & Son" on front turn-in (spine bands slightly rubbed, silk linings a little worn); dark green velvet-lined folding box with brass clasps.

The colophon statement reads: "This manuscript Selected poems of William Wordsworth, 'The Kitten, and the falling leaves,' 'To the Cuckoo' 'The Two April Mornings' was designed, written out, and illuminated by Alberto Sangorski for Messrs R. Riviere & Son Bookbinders and Booksellers by appointment to H.M. King George V. London. This manuscript will not be duplicated. This manuscript was executed by me [signed:] Alberto Sangorski."
