Original blue-green pictorial wrappers (some rebacked or with repairs to spines, some light stains, first two parts with short tears to edges and spines, small repair to corner of part 7/8); red morocco pull-off case.

FIRST EDITION IN ORIGINAL MONTHLY PARTS, FIRST ISSUE of parts 7/8 with page 213 numbered "113", preceded by the weekly publication in All the Year Round. Tale of Two Cities Advertiser present in each part (but supplied from other issues in parts 6 and 7/8) and other inserted advertisements (lacking that of the Cornhill Magazine in part 7/8).
