Anne, Viscountess Cullen, eldest daughter of Arthur Warren of Stapleford Hall, Nottinghamshire and Anne, daughter of Sir John Borlase, Bt., married Charles Cockayne, 4th Baron and Viscount Cullen in 1706. Their son, Charles Cockayne, 5th Baron and Viscount Cullen married as his first wife Ann, eldest surviving daughter of his maternal uncle, Borlase Warren in 1732. Their son, Borlase Cockayne, 6th Baron and Viscount Cullen died unmarried. Charles, 5th Baron married as his second wife, Sophia, younger daughter of coheir of John Baxter, Storekeeper Ordnance Gibraltar. Their only son, William (1756-1809), Comptroller Lord Lieutenant's Household Dublin Castle married Barbara (see lot 144), second daughter and co-heir of George Hill of Rothwell Manor, Northamptonshire. Georgiana, their second daughter married John Edmund Maunsell in 1824; Elizabeth Charlotte their fifth daughter married the Hon. Edmond Sexton Pery of Bury House, Cottingham, Northants., in 1823 and Mary Anne (1781-1873), their sixth daughter married as his second wife, William Adams of Easley End, Thorpe, Surrey and Dummer Grange, Hampshire in 1811 and had issue.
The miniatures the pencil portraits of the Hon. William Cockayne and Charles Cockayne, 5th Viscount are taken after were sold at Christie's, London, 22 May 2001, lots 29 and 31.
