Oval box, the cover, sides and base of strawberry-coloured composition inlaid with vertical gold piqué posé stripes engraved with a ribbon-twist band flanked by black stripes, alternating with rows of four plain gold stripes, the gold mounts stamped with a ribbon-twist border, the interior lined with dark composition
