Canosan, Hellenistic Period, Circa 3rd Century B.C.
Standing on her left leg, her right leg bent at the knee, wearing a long chiton beneath a tightly-wrapped himation, her bent right arm pulling up her drapery, her left arm akimbo perhaps holding a mirror, her head lowered and looking slightly to her left, wearing ball-shaped earrings and a wreath of ivy leaves and berries in her melon coiffure, some tendrils falling below, preserving extensive original polychromy over white slip throughout
