The hero depicted nude with his lion skin tied in a Herakles knot around his shoulders, the sides of the skin pinned in front, the hind legs hanging down the sides of the hero's legs like coattails, the lion's head resting on his back, his left hand lowered holding the lion's tail, his raised right hand holding his club, standing with his left leg slightly forward, his long hair bound in a fillet, curly locks framing his face with two long locks falling to his shoulders in front, tangs on the underside of his feet for insertion
