A ROMAN BRONZE ARYBALLOS
Circa 1st Century A.D.
Spherical in form, on a disk base, with a short neck and wide, funnel-shaped mouth, ornamented with raised bands on the underside of the lip, neck and body, wheel-turned ridges on the underside of the foot, with a single handle arching up from the shoulders, bifurcated where it joins the rim
