A Topographical Map of Hartford-shire, Taken from an Actual Survey, London: A. Dury, 1766. 2° (552 x c.720mm.). Double-page engraved map of the county and 6 double-page sectional maps, 2 double-page plans of St Albans and Hertford by L. Andrews and M. Wren. (A few short tears slightly affecting the maps, occasional light spotting and staining). Contemporary half calf (rather worn). Provenance: The Earl of Clarendon (inscription on an endpaper 'EW. given to C. Clarendon by Dow. Ly. Warwick 1776 when she gave up Green [?] Place')

One of three large-scale county maps that Dury undertook with John Andrews, the other two being Kent (1769) and Wiltshire (1773).
