Woodcut devices on titles, a few woodcut diagrams and illustrations in the text, 65 double-page engraved maps. (Top fore-corner of title torn away and repaired with loss of one letter, waterstained at beginning and end, many quires browned especially second B which is probably from another copy, small hole in map of Cuba, another with a marginal repair, most maps rather discoloured, light marginal worming at the end and other minor imperfections). 17th-century Italian vellum (rather soiled). This edition not in Adams.
