British Game Birds and Wildfowl, London: Groombridge and Sons, [1873]. 4° (302 x 237mm). 58 hand-coloured wood-engraved plates by Benjamin Fawcett only (of 60, lacking Sand Grouse and Brown Snipe). (4 plates with short closed tears, preliminaries torn with loss, a few foredges frayed, occasional spotting and dampstaining). Contemporary half black morocco (upper cover warped and dampstained, rubbed and scuffed, upper hinges broken).
