On circular foot rising to an oval body, the lower section stylized acanthus leaves, above pierced into a band of curves, a mid band of flower heads and scrolls and an upper band of ovals, shaped square handle decorated with a flower, hinged partly fluted domed cover with foliage border and acorn finial, beaded rims, blue glass-liner (broken), marked on base
