Maker's mark unknown, Bergen (Mons), 1780, also struck with later Dutch duty mark of 1906-1953
Each spirally fluted on a circular domed base rising to a baluster body, detachable high domed cover pierced and engraved with dots, shaped baluser and foliate finial, marked on base and inner rim cover
