Mark of Jan Buysen, Amsterdam, 1791, also struck with later Dutch duty mark of Haarlem of 1795
The baluster-shaped body resting on three claw and ball feet, with an openworked with ovals border and beaded rims, the upper part of the body with applied garlands alternated with portrait medallions with ribbons above, the detachable cover with high domed fluted centre, beaded rim and a vase finial, marked on base
