with scrolled ribbon tie handle incorporating a restraining pin to fix the rotating bloodstone matrix, one side with engraved coat of arms, the reverse with engraved crest and crown surmount
The arms are those of Rivers, presumably for George, 2nd Baron Rivers (1751-1828)
