An ivory netsuke of a shishi
18th and 19th Century
carved facing one side with a ferocious expression, standing four-square on a shaped rectangular base -- 1 3/8in. (3.5cm.) wide; an ivory model of an elephant covered with a decorated cloth over its back -- 2in. (5.1cm.) wide; and another ivory netsuke of Fukurokuju standing wearing long robes -- 1 3/8in. (3.5cm.) high, (age cracks).
