A four-case lacquer inro
19th Century
decorated on both sides, in gold hiramakie and takamakie, kimpun, red and black lacquer, kirikane and Shibayama-style inlay, with Jurojin and a stag beside a pine tree in a rocky landscape, his head turned towards a boy holding a closed scroll in one hand , the interiors in nashiji, with silvered bronze cylindrical ojime, wood netsuke of Fukurokuju with a boy clambering on the top of his head, the inro -- 3 1/8in. (8cm.), (minor old damages).
