A kagami netsuke formed from a turned ivory disc set with a circular shibuichi plate modelled in relief with the upper part of a man's head, his eyes looking up as a fly sits on his bald head, his right hand to the side of his face, the eyes and the fly inlaid with silver, shakudo and copper
