Mark of Joseph and John Angell, London, 1828
Each formed as a scallop shell on three whelk feet, the valve cast and chased with dolphins, foliate scrolls and shells on a textured ground, with a central cartouche engraved with a crest, marked on reverse

The crest is that of Botfield for Beriah Botfield, Esq. (1807-1863). (2)
