CAPT. G.M. BLIGH OF ARAXES WHILST SEARCHING FOR NAPOLEON,
having been ordered to take part in the search for Napoleon after Waterloo, Bligh tries America, finding no luck there, he sets off for the Western Isles and encounters an American ship thirty-five days out of Liverpool and carrying English papers reporting Napoleon's capture and comments pray what do you mean to do with the wretch, I hope to God, you will not be such Damn Fools as to keep him in England, but to transport the fellow to St. Helena as the paper hints, addressed Arraxes, at St. Michaels, one of the Western Isles, October 3rd 1815, contained in a file with typed transcript and historical notes
