of classical urn form with handles and base, inscribed CUP given by His Excellency Count Alexander Nákó govenor of Fiume the 20th of July 1908 to the Mediterranean Flagship and further inscribed on the reverse under the heading JOHNSON CUP with dates and ship names from 1949 to 1963 -- 19in. (48cm.) high; together with another Mediterranean Fleet silver cup and cover (Athletics) with dates from 1904 to 1965 for a wide variety of ships including Warspite, Bulwark [see lot 89], Iron Duke and others -- 20½in. (52cm.) high; and a silver 'ASSOCIATION FOOTBALL CHALLENGE CUP' presented to H.M.S. EMPRESS OF INDIA in 1898 -- 11in. (28cm.) high
